"Staff was great from the moment we entered the hotel. I was able to get early check in and the staff helped me with places to visit while in Boston. The room was clean and great view looking over the river. Breakfast was a little pricey although the food was great. Definitely recommend. It’s about 10-15 min Uber ride into downtown so easy to move around."

"Brody at check in beautiful personality I didn’t get his coworkers babe she was kind as well the bartender was amazing I enjoyed our talk as I ate dinner at checkout as I waited for my ride Daniel was kind and informed regarding transportation the young lady at checkout was good also"

"The property is not disabled or family friendly. Only for backpackers. Literally just for people with backpacks, with no luggages, no wheelchair, no strollers. Don't be fooled by elevator note on their property details. Yes there is an elevator, but there ARE stairs at the lobby before you can get to the elevator. They have wheelchair lift but they said it is broken and we did not see them make an effort to fix it nor offer any help for the 3 nights we are in there. The faucet water is a joke. You turn it on just to get cold but the water is super hot, then sometimes super cold even you put it into hot. On the cleaning part, all they do is just change the bedsheets and towels. They don't vacuum or clean at all."

"It was nice having a suite for extra room during our stay but the hotel is located in a "weird" spot and you have to walk a couple blocks across the river to find food (or anything else) if you're not eating at the hotel. I honestly wouldn't stay here again because of its location. Luckily we weren't there in the middle of winter, but it was still cold end of April walking to the nearest restaurant. The other thing we didn't like is that they charge $15/hour for parking in their lot and it prevented our family from visiting us at the hotel, which was disappointing. There wasn't even street parking within a couple blocks because of their weird location. We did not rent a car, but Ubers/lyft were readily available."

"The staff and hotel was great but not the room. we stayed for a night and till 4 AM there was constant screeching noise from rooms above and sound proofing was not good. couldn’t sleep at all."

"Easy location . Having to pay for parking but not having easy curbs for luggage down the road from parking garage to hotel was a bit annoying. Nothing terrible. Enjoyed our stay , quiet area. "

"Despite looking like something out of a MC Escher starting, this hotel is comfortable, and the lack of external windows on the lower levels makes each room dark and perfect for a good night's sleep. Good selection of breakfast items, and all day coffee provided. Fantastic location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. "
