"I’m allergic to mold and had to move from 4 rooms to finally find one that was cleaned and not wreaking of a strong unclean and moldy odor in all rooms. After finally getting in a room that was adequate, the ac didn’t work well and was sweating at points throughout the night. While the front desk staff was helpful, this experience was terrible and I would avoid booking here,"

"Filthy, moldy and carpet was saturated with dog urine and smears of dog feces. Absolutely repulsive. We were there during the catastrophic flooding. Otherwise we would have moved hotels. Unbelievable that this hotel is read as highly as it is!"

"No soap in room on second day because housekeeping removed both of our opened bars of soap and didn’t put any back. We were given 2 towels for 3 people. We needed another towel, so I went in the hall and asked housekeeping for one towel. She argued with me but eventually gave me a towel. I would not recommend this place based on my experience."
