It was obvious they were busy and understaffed but some entitled guests felt the need to be rude to them when clearly they were doing their best. I commend the staff for remaining professional and not effected by any of the impatient and ill mannered guests! Loved this hotel. So pretty and the rooms are nice. Will definitely come back! "
