"We were originally staying at a hotel in Bentonville, but the first night there, there was a tornado and power was lost, so we had to move to another town with power and found Hyatt Place with a vacancy. The front desk staff was superb! They let us check in earlier than the 3:00 check-in time and that helped us so much. After a night without sleep in the hotel that had a tornado and power, it was nice to be able to get into the room early to clean up and change clothes. The breakfast was the best free breakfast I have ever had in a hotel, and there were so many options! The room was beautiful and clean and the bed was comfortable. I usually get skeeved out in hotels, but I didn't here. The breakfast and bar area were very inviting as well."

"A tornado came through on Saturday night and CHELSEA, one of the employees, went over and above to make sure guests were kept informed and were safe. She made sure all outside doors were secure and quickly spread drop cloths near the doors that were letting in rain. This was all whilst there was no power. AND…she kept apologizing for the mess! She has my vote for employee of the month/year! "

"I cannot say enough about the staff or the shuttle service. Two members of the staff helped us get our luggage in our daughter's car. My husband is recovering from surgery, and without their kind help, we would never have been able to make it all work. Many, many thanks! "
