"I was in town with my friend for a convention. The owner was prompt with communications the entire time of our stay and with me before we arrived. There was an issue with the water supply to the building which was out of her control but she kept us updated and even reimbursed us for a day. The apartment was very clean. "This is a good listing for someone on a business trip. It feels a lot like a leasing office with a bed in it. No closet, no where to put your clothes, no kitchen table just a working desk and chair, no iron or ironing board (which was listed but no where in the listing), the property manager isn’t very responsive.
