"We had a great stay in town for a yearly convention. Being right across the street from the Salt Palace is SOOO convenient! The host is VERY helpful replying to questions. When we were loading our car to leave, we locked ourselves out and the host was EXTREMELY quick to reply and help us back into the unit! What could have been a catastrophe in our travel timing worked out after all thanks to their super fast response."
