"The apartment is like a 1970s time capsule! We were a bit shocked at first, but it is super clean and in great shape. There is a washer if you need it and a kitchen with everything you need. The porch is huge with gorgeous views of the lake. As far as I know, there is no wifi. I reached out and never heard back. There also is no shower, but there is a tub with a shower head on a hose. "Nice property 5 minutes from the stunning lake with superstar hosts that will do anything to make your stay pleasant, oh yeah and Blackie the dog my new best friend. You will feel comfortable immediately as the people associated with this little piece of heaven will treat you as family, not just a tagline they are the real thing. I cannot wait to go back and spend an entire Summer there. This is a difficult place to leave. You do need a car."

"Great apartment with everything you could need. Perfect for couples. The view over the lake is stunning. There is a woodland path that takes you into Stresa (takes 20-25 mins). We didn’t have a car and managed to get around but you could definitely explore more of the area with a car"

"Good place to stay if your'e on a budget and want to be quite central in Lugano. You have a small balcony with the view of concrete walls. Sleeping in the sofa/bed works but of course not the best. If you are on the heavier side, you will feel the steel pipes on your back. Internet via Wifi did not work at all, sent a mail to the owner the same day I arrived, three days later still not working, however 5G worked really good, I had over 300 Mbit over 5G. "This property was excellent. Good location to the town only 15 mins walk. As the property is up slightly from the main road it takes a few minutes longer on the way back. However as we were attending a wedding and my wife was wearing high heels the host kindly ran us into town. The weather during our stay was very hot however our accommodation remained cool. Overall we would recommend this property to stay in and if for longer stays the kitchen is well equipped."
