"We love the SoHo area of Birmingham and have stayed at Aloft multiple times. Love that it is dog friendly and there are great restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the property (floors, rooms) are getting a little “tired.”"

The hallway of our floor (8th) had a funky smell which was not the best start however you could tell when we came back from dinner that night hotel was attempting to make it smell better — honestly thought someone must’ve been smoking weed in the hallway.
