"In town for work and decided to stay in my old neighborhood! This place was perfect, felt like I was right back home Classic Southside Bham- quaint, heavily planted, shaded, well maintained old home with some creative touches. Will definitely stay again next time I’m up here!"

"The amenaties were great. The apartment was beautiful and retro. Super cool. My only complaint is while it was expected to take a while for the water in the shower to get hot, once it did, it would only stay hot for about 4 minutes then it would go to tap cold for 5 or so minutes, then heat back up for another 4 minutes. I couldn't deal with it. I barely got to get everything done in the shower before giving up and getting out. It was very disappointing. "

"My three friends and I had a wonderful stay! We were there for a concert at Avondale Brewing. It was raining when we went to the concert, but we walked back after. It was close to the venue. We had great communication with Kathleen. The sofa was broken, and she contacted us before we even arrived and replaced the couch that night. We love concerts at Avondale, so we definitely will be back."
