"When I arrived I was shown to my room by reception desk person… the door was opened. He just pointed me towards room and left… when I entered the room it was not cleaned from previous guests, bed unkept, wet towels on the floor. I went back to the reception and asked another room. He was not able to offer a clean room. I asked for a refund since I paid in full during check-in. He could not process my refund but gave me equivalent in cash… so any future guests please check your room before...

"Fantastic stay at Mountain Paradise! Host Olga made me feel like I was visiting an aunt rather than staying in a hotel. Pool was great in the hot weather, but note it's sized for dipping not swimming. Easy access to some nearby hiking trails. Recommended: Gulkam canyon! Would 100% stay here again."
