He just pointed me towards room and left… when I entered the room it was not cleaned from previous guests, bed unkept, wet towels on the floor. I went back to the reception and asked another room. He was not able to offer a clean room. I asked for a refund since I paid in full during check-in. He could not process my refund but gave me equivalent in cash… so any future guests please check your room before...
