The room is spacious and have a luxurious modern decoration throughout especially the bathroom with double sinks and lightings. A special shout out to the club lounge staffs who are all very attentive and meet all our needs throughout our stay. They all have gone higher and beyond our expectations in remembering our names and what we have ordered previously. They have made our short stay extra special by preparing some small goodbye gifts for us based on our casual conversation that this is our first visit to Kazakhstan. This is very much appreciated and cherished. We will stay in Ritz Carlton Astana again if we come back to this city and have high expectations on all other Ritz Carlton hotels and Marriott Bonvoy range around the world "

"Very convenient hotel close to the airport, perfect for layovers. The room was clean, comfortable and good amenities. Staff at the reception were helpful and pleasant. The hotel has a dining hall where I had a very good and juicy ribeye. Not sure about the area around, but overall highly recommended for those in transit"
