"I will never stay here again. I paid for a 2-bedroom apartment for 3 nights and was not given what I paid for. The property is run-down, poorly maintained, and the staff are extremely unprofessional.
When we arrived in Port Moresby to check in, the entire hotel had a blackout and we were left waiting over 2 hours. On top of that, our apartment still wasn’t ready, so we had no choice but to stay with family and return the next day — only to walk into something completely different from what we booked.
The units were disgusting, unclean, and unacceptable. There were no basic toiletries provided when we checked in, and the whole place was completely disorganised. It honestly felt like nobody knew what they were doing. Management clearly lacks professionalism, and the overall experience was beyond disappointing."
