"Our family travels extensively all year long. We’re well aware of what we’re getting when we book a cheaper hotel. However- this one definitely made me question what I paid to spend the night. We waited in the lobby for at least 15 minutes before someone came to check us in. We went to our room on the 3rd floor. When we got off the elevator there was a pull out couch just sitting in the hallway long the wall, with another at the other end of the hall. Our room smelled heavily of chemicals but was not all that clean. Surfaces definitely had not been wiped down. There were multiple plastic forks behind the tv stand. I think what took the cake was the terrible wifi. We couldn’t keep it connected to the tv, and it lagged significantly. Thankfully we only stayed one night. Breakfast consisted of waffles, yogurt, 2 kinds of cereal, coffee, juice, toast, some hostess donuts, and packaged oatmeal. I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for- but this was definitely not worth what we paid. "

"Perfect as a basecamp for hiking in the area. Room was very spacious with adequate lighting. Everything very clean. Park right up to the room. It sits back away from the main road so was quiet also. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Convenient to gas, food, etc. Even the minifridge was a good size with the largest freezer compartment I’ve seen at any hotel/motel (I bring cooler with freezer packs so was nice to be able to refreeze them). "

"Despite of being in the middle of the breakfast time (930). Much of the items were not refilled to include coffee. Yikes. Rooms were incredibly clean, however. And friendly staff."

"Great stop over on way to DC….room impeccably clean, beds comfortable, bed linens clean and crisp, front desk and breakfast staff very helpful and friendly. Appreciated the water, coffee and fresh fruit upon checking in….will definitely return on future trips to DC."
