"We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable . It’s clear to see that all the staff are happy in their roles and enjoy working there. Some standouts include Julie, Georgia and Peter. Breakfast in Seasalt was fabulous & Pam went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. We were also impressed to see a young man with special needs working there. "Great location gardens and outdoor space immaculate. We ate in the bar which was good and breakfast had a great range. Unlike Pullman hotels I was disappointed with Foxtel and tv in the room not working - no signal. Spa bath also was broken."

"We had a lovely stay at Beachcomber Toukley. Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the pool and the lake, which made our stay even more relaxing. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the small sofa in the room had quite a few stains on it, which made it look worn and could do with a thorough clean or replacement. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Thank you for a great experience!"
