"Staying at Kwality hotel was some experience. The room was ok but the cupboards were dirty and the blanket was not neatly stacked, it was just shoved in the cupboard.The sink was cracked, no hot water, gaps in the windows. Personally I would not recommend this hotel. Pay extra and get a decent hotel."

"The communication before arrival and helpfulness of the staff was the best thing about this hotel. They were super responsive, answered all my questions, organised taxi, SIM card, money change, everything. The room was large and looked as advertised. Great hot shower. Felt safe as solo female. "The room and attached toilet were clean and comfortable. The staff could have been more helpful and cooperative. The hotel lacks a restaurant and it's located at one of the noisiest junctions of Arakashan Road and Desh Bandhu Gupta Road. Overall, it's okay to stay here if you're in Delhi only for a few days. The only advantage of this place is that the rooms are available at cheap rates, so it's ideal for a budget traveler."
