The staff is courteous, cooperative, and always ready to assist. The location is convenient, with Connaught Place, New Delhi Railway Station, and nearby metro stations easily accessible. Overall, a comfortable stay with good hospitality and excellent value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting New Delhi.

A beautifully renovated Haveli that truly gives the feel of old Delhi in times past. All details carefully attended to. Staff is gracious, attentive and very proud of the hotel. We loved Old Delhi- the winding streets, tiny shops and feel of the past. It is pretty chaotic, though, and probably not for everyone. But if you would like a window into the past, it’s for you-

The staff was extremely helpful! The security guards provide a sense of safety. The rooms and dining service is on point. This hotel is clean, and the bathrooms are modern. The rooftop restaurant serves fresh, healthy and tasty food; and, the patio has fans with cool mist for those who want to eat outside or smoke. The Masala Chai is the best! The servers Imtiyaz & Abhishek made sure I was taken care of.

The lounge on the first floor was especially good and impressive to me. It was a good place for mingling and socializing with visitors and also taking a rest on my own. Also, teas provided by you were helpful to us visotors. Thanks.

Excellent service. Spacious, clean room. Very helpful, friendly and professional staff. I especially appreciated Firfous, in housekeeping, who helped with my room, and Santosh, the restaurant manager, who did a great job with the bountiful breakfast buffet. It was so nice to be able to try such a wide variety of authentic Indian food right there at the hotel!
