Wow! Fantastic stay, superior staff, super friendly, and absolutely peaceful. The lodge is small, about 8 units, in the middle of a reserve with tranquility. The food was absolutely amazing. Animals on site and inspiring. Make a call to be let in the gate when you arrive.

We booked an extra night, to take some rest, after our wild camping at the wonderfull Kubu island. Thanks to the nice outside shower, the big chalet with airco, fan and klamboe to protect us against muscito’s, we slept very well. The atmosphere was relaxed, with the nice swimmingpool in the shade, between the big trees and te birds, where we had lunch.
Dinner and breakfast were realy good
Bird Sanctuary can easy be visited with your own car to have a nice sundowner

Was very welcoming, awesome staff, clean and pretty rooms, lovely breakfast and was close to the road. Perfect place to stay over on your way to your destination. We unfortunately had to drive at night and do not recommend driving in Botswana when dark, roads have lots of potholes when coming from Groblersbrug Border Post.

Manager Kobus and owner Hennie made a personal commitment to our comfort and satisfaction. Dedicated and friendly staff contributed to the most awesome few days of our amazing trip to Africa. Location location location... Fantastic views over the river, many elephants, zebras and many other animals... what a wonderful place to be... We did not want to leave and will be back fir sure!!!!!! Absolutely LOVED it here!!!!!!!
