The room was clean. The toaster + microwave worked as expected. The freezer part of the college dorm size refrigerator refroze my ice blocks, thankfully! The 2 queen beds + pillows were comfortable. The wall AC held the desired temperature. The supplied coffee was ok. All in all a good overnight stay.

Owners very friendly, air conditioning room was clean . Very close to the highway so noisy in the middle of night with truck traffic . On highway 21 . Room needs some updating carpet needs to go . Beds comfortable and price extremely reasonable.

The property is family run of modest accommodations. There is a kitchenette with a full set of dishes, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, stove top and refrigerator. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and well maintained. It is located a few miles from town and the construction. Even though it is on the main road, it was relatively quiet. Convenient location.

It is a nice clean motel with a kitchenette and bathroom. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The owners are friendly. We liked its location to Goderich and GrandBend .

it was a bit isolated but can’t do much about that. the whole place is dated but clean , bed was comfortable and the coffee maker worked! which is more than i can say for most expensive hotels. Staff was courteous… great place to rest for the night and the price was right!!! no complaints
