"I picked this hotel mostly for the proximity to the start line of the Des Moines Marathon. I could walk to the start which was great. It was clean, even if the cushions in the breakfast room were a little shabby. The coffee was god awful though. I had to go out and get my own each morning. Also wish there was a hot tub in addition to the pool."
