"1. Once I got in bed, from day 1, I got dust mite allergy. I did not realise at start. Before the last night, I asked to see the manager who was not available. I was told he will call me back. The manager never did. 2. The Italian restaurant they operate is more like a food that does not demand much skill. "Staff were accommodating in every way and made us feel most welcome. Room was clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding with many offerings of eggs, cold meats and cheeses, cereals & yogurts and breads and pastries. Wonderful fresh squeezed orange juice in a tasteful sun drenched room or an outdoor table on the terrace . Very nice public spaces and restaurant, where the food was quite good for an enjoyable dinner. There was bistro service during the day and bar service/bar menu, as well . We didn't take advantage of the pool with the cooler November weather, but outdoor space was inviting. A short drive into Tavira with easy free parking at all hours allowed us to enjoy this beautiful city. Close to Cabanas and easy drives to other towns in the Algarve via the A22. All this for an almost embarrassingly low cost. Well worth it."
