"This was one of my best Vrbo experiences. It was on a cattle ranch in Kansas. My husband described it as rustic charm. I loved the decorating touches in the home. Bed was extremely comfortable, kitchen was great, but the best part was outside of the home and being able to see the horses and the cattle. "The room was very clean and the desk clerk that checked me in was great. However, the pool was down for maintenance. Very disappointing 😞 I mean for $90. I left a bag at the hotel and when I called for it they said they didn't have it. But housekeeper found it and called to let me know. But the next day I called and they didn't have it. So my friend went up there and still no bag. I called up there and a man told me that they couldn't find it. I explained they had located it once so I knew it was there. He was rude and hateful and told me it must not be important or I wouldn't have left it. They found it 2 days later thank goodness. Some people are just rude 😒 Very nice room comfy beds and good breakfast. Fix the pool."
