"I first started saying that the BWI La Quinta back in 2024 it was stellar. Up until I'd say the early part of this year it seems to kind of fell off as far as the cleanliness and the responsiveness of the staff. We stayed in the first floor room 102 it was clean but it was very damp and it smelled mildewy like an old basement with water. I went to the front desk to let the lady know ask for dehumidifier asked for some type of deodorizer for the room and all I got was a spray of air freshener,...
"The hotel was clean however the elevator wasn’t really working and the breakfast was subpar. As we were entering our room, someone was coming out of our room, which was a little concerning. He identified himself as “pest control”, which was also concerning! He didn’t tell us what he was doing in there, but did say that there were no pests. Overall, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again."
"I liked that it's closer to some amenities.
AC was a bit loud. In general, the property is a bit outdated. There were mice running in the restaurant after closing. I was a bit shocked."
"We booked a room with one king bed and got one with two doubles instead. We were just passing through for the night, so it was fine. Carpet felt kind of sticky."
"The first room I was in had mold in the bathroom, they tried to cover it with caulk but the mold was coming through the caulk. They changed my room and a roach was in the bathroom. The WiFi didn’t work, I had to use my own. The rooms were very outdated. The best part of my stay was that they didn’t except animals."
