"I booked this house in November and paid the full price then. When I contacted the host the day before we arrived she told me her family was staying there and didn't remember my reservation. Then she said we could share the house with her family. We had no other option for accommodation and had a rental car and planned to explore the area for 4 days. When we arrived the family was not there, but I had paid for the entire house and two separate bedrooms. One was locked and we had to sleep in...

"Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The first room they put us in - faced the inside of the hotel - so no outside view. We talked it over and they were happy to accommodate putting us in a room with natural light. They have a 24 hour coffee/snack bar that is included with price of the stay…they even serve hot foods and a variety of drinks to include beer and wine. The hotel is very clean. While we didn’t eat dinner there - we did have the breakfast buffet - also included in the price…and they make tacos to order. Make sure you always have Pesos on you - b/c tipping for all the services they provide is the right thing to do! The location of the hotel is also right by all the cathedrals and in the town square…hearing the belles was actually quite soothing. Some say it might be too loud - but we didn’t have any issues and our room faced a Main Street. We would definitely go back!"

"This is an amazing hotel. Pros: apart from the friendly staff and cleanliness, you get an amazing breakfast and free 24 hour tasty snacks. The beds are new and comfortable with mattress and pillow protectors. Cons: the acoustics is not the best. We can hear people talk from the hallway or the dining area downstairs. If people are educated there is no problem, otherwise call the reception. I would suggest the admin of the hotel to consider an extra door in the bedroom to isolate the guest from the outside sound. Other than that, we will definitely come back."

"This hotel has all the amenities that you would want in a hotel. Daily bed changes and towel changes. My wife and child got sick while staying here and they took very good care of us. Brought us extra water and cleaned the room thoroughly. Also the location can’t be beat. This hotel is a meeting spot for most excursions such as tolontongo trip and Teotihuacan pyramid tour. If we come back to cdmx we will most likely stay here again. Very convenient, clean and accommodating in so many ways."
