"Hotel was great! Location was great and a safe area. Just a several minute walk to the big square and beautiful cathedral. Behind the cathedral is the Temple Mayor. All of the staff I encountered were wonderful and helpful. Besides the free breakfast, they have a café on the top open 24 hrs offering food and drinks for free! Hope to make a future visit to Mexico City with my wife and we will definitely stay here!"

"This is a very nice hotel to stay in. I wasn't expecting the generous selection and variety of the breakfast or even the evening "snacks", which was basically a full meal WITH alcoholic beverages. The rooms were very clean and modern. We were on the 24th floor and there was not any long waits for elevators during the busy times. I would definitely stay here again."

"Hot tub is only set up upon request. And they want a tip to set it up.... Did not expect that after exciting it to be included in the cost and accessible when the mod and weather allowed.... Otherwise a very nice, very safe feeling location. Staff was very helpful."
