"My wife wanted to see the lantern exhibit at the John Ball zoo the weekend of Memorial Day, so we chose this location to spend the two nights we were there and we could not be happier. The parking space was immediately next to the entrance to the building, with the elevator that took us to our floor right around the corner. "The furnished apartment was a perfect spot to land when a need arose to be closer to the Grand Rapids area for six weeks. To be able to have a place to come back to, relax and cook meals was invaluable. Those in the apartment building were so kind and those that managed this VRBO were ever so helpful as we needed to extend our stay. It was also the perfect spot to get many places easily and quickly. Plus, who doesn’t like living in a castle."

"This is a cozy little get away place that we enjoyed very much. Loved the kitchenette for morning coffee and late evening suppers of leftovers warmed in the microwave. We also enjoyed afternoon tea there each day of our stay. Evenings were spent in the lovely front room in front of the television watching retro tv programs...a favorite. The bedrooms and bath were very generous as well. The location is close to downtown and very walkable. We would enjoy staying there again. Thanks!!"

"We rented for one night to go to a concert in downtown Grand Rapids and everything was perfect! We were able to park right across the street from the apartment and walked everywhere we went. Had dinner at Flannagan's, right below the apartment and was able to put our leftovers in the fridge before going to the concert since our place was just above us. "The property itself was newly renovated, & well stocked w/essentials for hygiene & cooking. Furthermore, it was in the middle of beach, Michigan Adventure, & Grand Haven. Many grocery stores and other places to run out for quick errands were close by. The only downfall was neighborhood was very sketchy & shady. I didn’t feel safe walking around neighborhood. We stayed on the property itself when we weren’t out and about."

"Traveled to Grand Rapids for a girls trip. The apartment was clean and as advertised with a fully stocked kitchen, coffee etc. Detailed instructions for check in/out were sent in a timely manner. Beds were fairly comfy and we had plenty of space to spread out. The only thing that might have been helpful was a luggage cart or trolly as we had lots of stuff and it was quite a dostance from parking garage to apt. Overall i would definitely stay here again!"
