"On the frame of one of the beds in our room, there was a 5 inch piece of "L" shaped metal sticking out beyond the box spring. You couldn't see it right away because it was covered by the bed skirt. One person in our party hit their leg on it quite hard. While checking out, I showed the staff a picture of the bed and told them what happened. Their response seemed like they were already aware of it. Both staff members at the front desk just said. "Yeah, we need to get that fixed. " No apology was offered. "

"The ladies at the front desk were wonderful but the manager lacked friendliness and personality. I booked a room through hotels.com and it said breakfast included. I didn’t have any paperwork to prove it, just checked in with my name. I actually picked this one instead of AC because it included breakfast. The young lady asked the Manager but he was not helpful, just said no. It was an expensive stay and you would think he would have accommodated us. Disappointing. Hotel was clean. "
