"This was a beautiful inn. We needed a stopover on our way to Cooperstown. Only problem was that we were staying Monday and Tuesday. The inn and their 5 star restaurant are unmanned on those nights. We loved it because we had the run of the inn. Beautiful patio and yard. They did leave us continental breakfast though. I’d love to come back when the restaurant was open"

"John was an amazing host. Food was 5+ stars. Service amazing. This “town” is rural and the place is quaint not modern but I had a fantastic visit. Great spot to stay and see a show at Bethel Woods. "

"The owner of this inn was absolutely fantastic. He was a delight to interact with and was wonderful with our children. I recommend this inn HIGHLY to families, and with the baseball field (and bats and balls) it is a perfect accompaniment to a nearby Cooperstown HOF visit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."

"Property is located near town, and it was very easy to locate. Room was decorated pleasantly, and we were welcomed with a personal note. Unfortunately, the room was located on the second floor and there are steep/narrow stairs to climb. (Hand railing could be made more secure.) Due to this, we brought limited items to the room. Bed was comfortable. However, we woke many times in the night due to the heat. Thermostat upstairs appeared to be set at 73 but it felt much warmer in the room....

"Wonderful old school inn.. very comfortable feeling. Room was very clean with an updated bathroom.. had cocktails in the pub.. what a great place to unwind.. had dinner in the dining room.. excellent prime rib, best I’ve had in a long time. We will definitely be back. "
