And Expedia refused to refund me for the amount they overcharged me. So, check with the property before you book through Expedia - it may cost you more through Expedia than booking with the property directly, and they WILL NOT make it good with the customer."

"Manager was very professional, rooms obviously arent gonna be 5 start material, but ive been in WAY WORSE. Law enforcement is always in the area patrolling, been here for 4 hours and ive seen them 3 times already, even in the parking lot. Gas station next to this place a country type restaurant pretty much in the same parking lot, along with a wendys and others close by, even walkable."

"The staff and price of the room was fantastic, however these were not queen sizes beds! Also they were some of the most uncomfortable beds that i have ever slept on. Other than that we had ab enjoyable stay!"

"Good stay. When checking in the front desk guy was very friendly and even moved us to a quieter building for our stay. It is a bit run down but has what you need. Fridge was cold and microwave worked great. Although you step up into the room so everything is just a tad lower like the shower head and sink. Would definitely stay here again. "

"When I travel on my motorcycle, I seek out these old time motor inns where I can park in front of my room. The Pacer is by far the nicest I’ve seen in a long time. Most of the places I stay at of this type appear to be operated on a shoestring with renovations done by amateurs. The Pacer is a cut above. My room was very nice and obviously renovated by people who knew what they were doing. There is an excellent Mexican restaurant next door. "

"Stayed here last night for OSU graduation. Very nice, clean, affordable room. Lots of fun places to walk to (Book Loft, Staub’s Coffee). Quiet room. We brought our bikes to ride the Scioto trail to precommencement on Saturday and graduation on Sunday, super close.Owner is super nice, let us keep car in parking lot after check out so we could bike all day."

"Basic room which was expected. Overpriced due to event in town. Room seemed clean enough (vacuumed, surfaces clean, bathroom clean) but heater did not work and sheets were bloodstained and did not look washed. Definitely not recommended for extended stay. "

"I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds."
