"The clock in the room was broken. The front desk DID NOT answer my call. There was no laundry bag or other sundries you expect at a 3/4 hotel. The only good thing here is it has a casino. My advice...stay at another hotel and drive here to play. It is a 2 star hotel at best."

"Room was horrible Hair in the bath tub cracked tiles very out dated dirty carpets in the room fridge was making noise and leaking Patio door doesn’t open heat/air conditioning unit making load noises rooms are very dark also smelled very old. Did not like the experience and photos online looks like everything is renovated very false. If I had the opportunity I would have found somewhere else to stay but I was already charged."

"We had an excellent stay here. Beds were very comfortable and the hotel was so sound proof, so the noise of being downtown was non existent. The location is so convenient for many important locations. The included breakfast is shockingly good. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. This hotel will likely be a go-to for us for future stays."
