"Breakfast was not great. We ended up going to Cracker Barrel. Pool was cold, cloudy, And to many kids in it for the size. Kids running up and down the halls till 10 pm. Carpet was dirty. Jot impressed. Staff was very nice. "

"I had mixed feelings about my stay here. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised an indoor/outdoor pool, which sounded really unique and relaxing. Unfortunately, the outdoor portion has been filled in, so it’s no longer actually an indoor/outdoor pool. That was really disappointing, and I do feel the advertising is misleading. When I brought it up to staff, the response was basically that there was nothing they could do, which made the situation even more frustrating. That said, there were definitely positives. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very clean, and the hotel is in a great location. The attached restaurant was fantastic as well — especially the pizza, which was surprisingly excellent. Overall, I enjoyed parts of my stay, but I do think the hotel should update its advertising so guests know exactly what to expect. "

"Room was clean and comfy. The staff was helpful with a late check in. The restaurant BigE's was a great surprise. "

"No protein for breakfast. Just waffles cereal bagels toast. Room wasn't very fresh and lots of dirty corners. Food was still in the fridge. Pool was ok not many towels suggest bringing your own. Pool is peeling but clean. No elevators so if you have luggage I suggest requesting 1st floor upon arrival. Staff is absolutely friendly. "

"Many things at this hotel were subpar. The most upsetting issue was that we paid extra for a riverfront view, only to have a semi trailer blocking most of it. The bathroom also had several areas where the paint was peeling, and the tub was not clean upon arrival. Overall, the property is in need of some TLC and better upkeep."
