"This was our fourth stay at the Wyndham in Xi'an. The service was great and the concierge was especially friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful hotel and very convenient to the sights of Xi'an. The only complaint we had was our dinner at Tang. My meal came much earlier than my husband's. In fact, I was finished eating by the time his arrived. "

Additionally, all of the staff (expecially Leo the concierge) made us feel welcomed and were warm and friendly. Our stay at Sofitel Xian was a delight and an unexpected highlight of our 4 night stay in the city."
