"The staff was stellar. It was extremely peaceful and quiet. We greatly appreciated our room. Unfortunately, the hygiene was sorely disappointing. I have a suppressed immune system and heart damage, high-level of hygiene is paramount to avoid infections. 1. On one of the pillows was a long wig hair, possibly the linen was not changed from the previous guests. 2. The carpet was extremely dirty and the smell was equally bad. 3. The AC vent has visible black build up. 4. Strong urine scent in the bathroom, with visible mold growth in the shower. 5. Pillows needed washing. 6. Chair was extremely dirty. I cleaned it. Fortunately, for the odors I ordered an air purifier to help mitigate contracting any airborne illness. Additionally, I purchased bedding to promote safer rest. Overall, the property is lovely, staff are warm and friendly and I will return. "

"Trying to enter / exit was a HUGE hassle. They have a few parking stalls by the entrance and exit. Hard to pull in or back in due to the other cars trying to exit and enter. Not enough space for everyone to get through. When cars are trying to enter or exit the cars that are parked or want to parked especially by the Handicap stall, it was a disaster because everyone was in the way trying to get in or out or even park! Plus, guess trying to exit couldn’t get through because the ticket/credit card machine wasn’t working properly so created a huge lines of cars. They needed someone to standby and help the guess trying to exit. The room was good. The restroom needed some upgrades. The shower curtains was ripped, the tub had some stains and some kind of glued that couldn’t rub off. Oh, and the elevator at the parking garage wasn’t working properly. Took forever to open and close, had to take the stairs. Staff was excellent! "
