"Barb was awesome! Thank you so much for understanding. We had to call and inform them that we were going to be there after 11pm. Barb was nice enough to leave the keys for us so we were able to check in when we got there with no issues. Everything was clean and we got a good nights sleep. "Got to the hotel at 1:30 in the morning, the attendant tried to tell me multiple times that I didn't have a reservation even though I had a confirmation number and showed her the confirmation email & number from the site I used to make the reservation. She found my reservation, checked us in and we were on our way.
