One of my best stays at Oneida lake gone out here probably 10 different times definitely the nicest property I have stayed at and very nice people lots of room and good price can't go wrong :-)
Perfect location for the family events we came into town to attend over the long weekend.
Very clean, plenty of room and will definitely stay here again if available.
Just a really great place to relax and unwind. The game room was so much fun and we used the dock as well… a really great spot. Would definitely recommend a stay here

This place was really beautiful and we had so much fun playing darts, air hockey and foosball. The outdoor fireplace was super. We had such a wonderful time and can't wait to go back!
We came up for parent's weekend at S.U. If you don't mind staying a little further from the University this is a great location. Easy access to I81 and a short 20 minute ride. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The location on the lake is amazing, be sure to catch the sunrise!. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. My main concern was the lack of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. I found one smoke detector. also, It's listed as a 4 bedroom but the lower bedroom is really a closet with no window in the room. The other bedrooms do not have egressable windows. As a firefighter these safety concerns stick out to me. The host had snacks, games, spices, condiments, coffee clean towels and sheets and the beds were super comfortable.
It is a great place to relax by the lake. There were a couple board games we can play, air hockey, croquettes, horsheshoes, a canoe and some floats to help you have some fun. The beds were comfortable, the place was very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook with, crockpot and the Grill outside works great. The sounds of the geese and ducks and other wildlife was just so calming. We came in the fall and it was very pretty. We only saw the owner when he checked with us that it was okay to mow the lawn (we were already planning to be gone the day he was going to do it). Very nice guy, lives nearby and seemed very responsive if we needed him. We would definitely choose this place again. One thing we liked best: those who wanted to stay up could do so downstairs, and those who wanted to sleep could do that upstairs (most bedrooms are upstairs). It allowed us to have a great relaxing tjme.
Although I personally didn’t stay at this property I stayed at their other property. My brother in law stayed there with his son, grandson, brother in law and his wife. They stated the place was very clean and comfortable everything was as listed in description. My brother in law Ken needed to stay down in the game room ( bedroom and bathroom) is there, because of health not able to do stairs. He stated it was comfortable only thing missing was a fridge. He had his son bring a small fridge to use during his stay so just a suggestion the game room could use a small fridge for beverages/ food. Mini fridge would be nice there. Again John was very friendly Would recommend staying here
