"No pool"

"This hotel surpassed our expectations. First up, it costs half of some of the other competitors in the area but is absolute excellence. The building and rooms feel spotless and clean. But more importantly the staff was beyond exceptional. We only checked in for 4 hours due to a very early morning departure flight, the receptionist had arranged their free airport shuttle to be there on time and even had prepared breakfast containers for on the go, as he knew we didn’t have time to wait for the breakfast area to open at 5am. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was some 5 star service in a place we least expected it. "

"Pros: Convenient and close to airport, decent price, super helpful staff, and nice buffet breakfast. Cons: bedrooms are in serious need of maintenance, most especially in the bathrooms where the mirrors are all eroded. It seems like this may have been a lovely 5-star hotel many years ago, but has been forgotten about since then. We would stay here again if we came to Palu City. "
