The property was perfect right on 12th St. and very clean

Don't even think about staying anywhere else in Nashville folks!! The Germantown Inn is the defintion of a quintessential boutique hotel with an attention to detail that is superb. Sue, the innkeeper, and Jeremy, one of the owners, were the nicest, friendliest, and most accommodating people. True southern hospitality at it's finest. Their daily happy hour (with an excellent selection of beer and wine) and their daily breakfast (with fresh baked gourmet pastries and fruit) were the cherry on top!...

Great luxury hotel. Convenient to everything in historic Franklin TN.

The view was awesome and the breakfast was super good. My wife and I plan on going back.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sewanee Inn with 3 friends, as our daughters stayed on campus overnight and attended a class the next morning. We had a beautiful evening sitting on the back patio by the golf course, with heat lamps that resembled torches adding to the ambiance. The next morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the dining room with a friendly, accomodating staff and delicious food! I LOVE it that the Inn has bicycles for guests to use , as the "Green lookout" as well...

This hotel was definitely nice & clean.The only complaint I have is that we stayed 2 nights & the 2nd day,their wasn’t any room service.I called twice at the service desk to bring new towels & after we had supper,I still had to go down to the desk myself to get the towels.For this hotel to be this nice,that was ridiculous.

Had an amazing time at The Conrad. One of the best bathrooms of any hotel I’ve ever stayed and I travel a lot for work. I will definitely return.

The Hermitage is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and a great location a few blocks away from the craziness of Broadway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others.

Stayed two nights while visiting Nashville to get my daughter situated at college. I was a bit nervous about some of the reviews that referenced the noise, however noise was not an issue. My room was on the 7th floor. Directly outside my room was the pool and pool bar. During both the day and night the noise level was minimal. Service stops at 10pm, so noise while sleeping was not an issue at all. The Superior King room was incredibly cozy and elegant. The staff were all friendly and welcoming....

Wow! We had an amazing stay! The room and view was awesome. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. After a rough day of travel we were super spoiled at check in!

The hotel and staff really impress. From check-in to check-out, we could have not asked for a better experience. For events at Bridgestone, THIS is the place to stay!!

The pool was awesome and the vibe of the hotel was very European! It feltblikevmaybe some of the guests were still spending plunder dollars from World War 2. But in a good way.

Great hotel within walking distance of Frist museum, Rhyman theater and if your desire, Broadway street! We were upgraded to Utopia suite and enjoyed playing table shuffleboard! The dining is very loud but folks were waiting in line to enter. Free coffee and pastry in morning is a nice touch. Only complaint would be excessive hotel taxes and parking at 60 a night! You could possible find public parking if you scouted out before hand and just walk to the hotel. Also, keyed elevator...

Lovely place close to everything I needed , amazing service

We absolutely loved our stay! It was so close to the shopping centers and dining. The employees were really nice and my kids loved the breakfast. It was really nice that the hotel offered gluten free options so my husband was able to eat with us as well

It was clean. Room was nice with a balcony. Only thing I don’t agree with is the forced valet parking. And then I couldn’t even get to my car unless the valet went and got it and brought it up. Outside parking lot should be an option through the hotel.
