"I recently stayed at Hotel ZaZa Houston Museum District and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel perfectly blends luxury with a unique, artistic vibe that immediately sets it apart from more traditional stays. It’s clear that a lot of attention has been put into creating a memorable environment. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom felt like a spa retreat with high-end finishes and a powerful shower. Every detail—from the linens to the amenities—added to the feeling of indulgence and relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was the service. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Whether it was check-in, housekeeping, or valet, every interaction was seamless and welcoming. The location is another major plus. Being in the heart of Houston’s Museum District made it incredibly easy to explore nearby attractions, parks, and cultural spots, all within a short distance. "

"The breakfast was fresh, but the menu never changed. When we arrived, the water wasn't working in the whole hotel, and we weren't told that until AFTER we paid for the room. That was the case with some other guests as well. The rooms were cleaned only upon request. The drainage in the shower was AWFUL. The parking garage didn't feel safe as there were no barrier gates or doors to keep walkers from the street coming in and stealing and possibly mugging some folks. The hotel staff didn't seem confident or comfortable talking to guests and answering simple questions about the hotel and the surrounding area. "
