"We stayed for one night at this beautiful and historic hotel. We enjoyed walking through the lobby looking at the history setup they had. The rooms were clean, the view from our room was amazing. We had a lake view + a view of the Buckingham Fountain. The staff was super helpful they were posted throughout the lobby floor ready to help and direct you to your destination. We had the breakfast buffet and the food was great, they had a good variety of breakfast food."

"The location is perfect and every employee we encountered was exceptionally nice and welcoming. I would like to give a special shout out to the front desk clerk Ariana. This was my first time staying at this location and she was extremely knowledgeable about the hotel and took the time to explain the convenient text messaging option for guests. You can text for housekeeping or request anything you may need during your stay, which I thought was a great touch. We reserved two rooms for our family. We decided to upgrade our room for an additional fee at check-in and the room was absolutely beautiful! While we didn’t upgrade the second room, we were pleasantly surprised to find a special treat waiting for us! This was such a thoughtful surprise. I absolutely loved the gesture!! It made me feel so welcomed, appreciated and special. It’s those little touches that truly make a stay memorable! Check-out was quick and effortless. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again!"
