"This place is amazing and beautiful. Indoor gardens are relaxing, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We spent 5 days here and could have stayed longer. Stayed at the Cascades and loved listening to the waterfall every night. Slept with the door open and the rush of water all night was most relaxing. Bring money, everything is expensive."

"The property is lovely. Signage to the guest rooms on the first floor is greatly lacking and confusing. My room definitely needed a deep clean. Lots of dust on lamps, pictures, etc. The safe didn’t work. All relatively minor, but for the cost of the stay, it really should be pristine. Room service brought me fruit that was past its prime and even had mold on one of the strawberries. "

"The service was great, everyone I dealt with was so nice and helpful. We had a 2 room condo and it was awesome. We had so much room and everything we needed. My only complaint would be the king bed we slept on was so hard. Like sleeping on a board. Other than that everything was great!!! Definitely recommend. Felt like it was a nice clean area and felt safe with our kids."

"We stayed here for a week and it was a great experience. From checking in, to room service, bartenders and entertainment team all of them made our stay memorable. Good food at the restaurants but main buffet could of been better. Just not much of Mexican food options. I would definitely go back."

"I really like the location of this hotel. Walking distance to a major park and museums. It is apparently very dog friendly because I saw a lot of dogs during my stay. The only reason I did not give the property 5 starts is because I found the decor to be sort of weird. It’s dark and I’m not sure the vibe they are going for. Maybe Alice in Wonderland meets old Hollywood meets weird art on the walls. But to each their own. "
