They didn’t want to refund our deposit and hold us back until I told them to go check on my car. Then they let’s us go. Bad service here. We were almost late for our flight."

"Pros: you can use Hyatt Regency hotel’s amenities. The unit is roomy and on the beach, the kitchen has everything to cook a quick meal. We loved the balcony. Cons: buggies/golf carts don’t provide you any services because your unit is not associated with the hotel. One of our key cards never worked from the minute we checked in, the host knows about it.
