"For starters there was no shuttle as Expedia said there would be. Food was absolutely horrible compared to the east side. No stocked fridge not even with pop. Room was just average hotel room. I travelled by myself so I didn’t really care about room. No night time entertainment whatsoever. The weather is absolutely amazing compared to the east side of Mexico "

From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to help and make our experience as comfortable as possible. The room was great—clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We also really enjoyed the hotel amenities, which were well maintained and perfect for relaxing. One thing to keep in mind is that the beach in front of the hotel is not the best for swimming, as the ocean can be a bit rough. Additionally, the internet coverage in our room was not very strong, so maintaining a stable connection was sometimes difficult. Aside from those minor details, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay with excellent service."

"Neat layout and so close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Nice staff, pool, amenities. Only drawback might be loud live music that on some nights will go to 3-5am from some restaurants on the main drag. I got used to it after a couple nights and chose to keep my room. I would choose Villa Casalet again!"
