"For the past two years, I have been staying at this hotel whenever I travel from New York to São Paulo. I always choose it because of its central location. However, during my last visit on February 8th, 2026, I had a terrible experience.
I was given a dirty room with no towels and garbage on the floor. I immediately called the front desk, and they sent a housekeeper, but the one who arrived was rude. I asked to speak with a manager immediately. As a paying customer, I don't want to take a long, expensive flight from New York to SP just to be treated poorly. When the manager arrived, he didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. He did, however, upgrade me to a nicer room, which I appreciated. Still, his attitude made me realize that no one at the hotel truly cares about customer satisfaction.
There seem to be many new staff members who lack concern for guests. Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel."
