"The hotel was in very poor disrepair. It was very dingy and old. It smelled really bad when we walked in. They were not any decent towels or toiletries. There were no blankets for the bed just a thin sheet. There was drunk loud people outside our room most of the night. All the pillows were extremely flat like a half an inch thick."
"I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The bedsheets were dirty and had red stains on them I couldn’t tell if it was blood, lipstick, or something else, but it was absolutely disgusting. Because of this, I didn’t even want to get under the covers. I had to sleep fully clothed on top of the made bed. This is completely unacceptable and a major hygiene issue."

The pool water was greasy and cloudy and looked completely unsanitary. The linens and towels were dirty, the floors were sticky, and the carpet in the hallways and elevator was soaked with some kind of disgusting substance.
