We arrived at hotel at 1:35pm to check in and was told check in was not until 3pm. I had to pull up my reservation to show what the check in time said even when I told her I only had 25 minutes to make it to the wedding I was going to, finally checked me in and said they would have to inform your site of correct check in time. The room had a terrible odor but we had to hurry out the door.
Upon returning to the room odor was worse we tried to open patio door to air out but had no screen door, my husband looked in the air conditioning unit and there was mold in it that was the smell, the cable box was broken so no TV, no phone, no info packet in the room, went to put our food in the refrigerator and it was disgusting. So I first called the office about smell and TV she said cable was out.
No not at all, I could connect to the Wi-Fi so at this time I was irritated and went to the office, where the lady then said oh yeah I am connected to Wi-Fi as well sorry nothing I can do about any of your problems but I can leave a message for the manager to call you Monday. I told her I was not happy and wanted a refund to go somewhere else and she said she could not do that so I asked for info to call myself and was told I had to call the hotel office on Monday.
