"Well. The owner was very nice but property was being worked on. They had walls unpainted basement floor was not done so no one wanted to stay downstairs plumbing had to be readjusted two of the 5 beds upstairs caved in the middle. Also the heating only worked well in one room you had to put it at 75 so that it could be felt elsewhere but the one room would then be too hot. Should not rent out again until he fixes floors walls mirrors and beds "

"Property was cute, clean, and just what we needed for a visit with our Georgetown University student. Location was perfect! Close to shopping, restaurants, and the school. We will definitely stay here again!"

"This is a spacious and clean house in Occoquan. Great for a family vacation. 3 bedrooms good for 6 people."

"Well equipped accommodations with plenty of space, entertainment options and great location. Each room was comfortably furnished, there was a spacious kitchen, there were plenty of TVs, and the basement game room with the arcade cabinet and board games was a hit with the kids! The location is also near a shopping center that has a grocery store and restaurants. Great launching pad for DC, Arlington or Alexandria adventures!"
