"Amazing hotel. Small room but extremely well laid out. The breakfast is probably the best we've ever had! The attention to detail gives it a solid 10.. the only tiny thing we didn't like was the bed was a bit hard for my taste. "Good morning, My family and I travel all around the world, we experienced many things , the experience here was very poorly, customer service person Ketlen was very rude and looked down on us , very arrogant person with very poor person communication skills.
