"The hotel itself was brilliant. The staff were so helpful before and during my stay. The room was clean, very spacious and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was a cold buffet of cake, pastries etc and set me up for the day. The hotel very helpfully warned me that it is not in the tourist part of Genoa, and I would not advise walking around this particular area and the area is noisy but the hotel provide earplugs. However, this is not the hotel’s fault and I got taxis to the hotel and then into Genoa...

"This place is awesome, very clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, very responsive stuff. A/C worked very well, very convenient location for subway, food, bus, etc. I had an issue with bath tub accumulating water, the plumber showed up right away and took care of the problem. I would hightrecmen this place."
