"2nd visit this time with better weather so made use of the private pateo area. The house is spacious a small change has been made which has resulted in the property only has 1 shower but still has 2 toilets. Had a great stay great hosts and lovley eggs and lemons from the sweet lady."

"The apartment was tiny but great location to beach & restaurants. Paula was great communicating all the instructions to us. It was very hot when we were there in Oct, some fans would of been nice. Hear neighours chatting all night long due to close proximity of all the apartments."

"Lots of room for 6. Split levels break up living/ sleeping. There’s a SMART TV for Netflix/Prime. Wi-fi good. As the first rental of the year we some issues but Bo and David who live nearby fixed them as they arose and had a nice card and bottle of wine on arrival and a good guide and website for info. "We loved the location & the views from the house were just spectacular. We would definitely recommend this house. We only had two issues with this rental. One is the stairs that lead to the main entrance. This is not kid-friendly, nor is it suitable for older people with walking issues. We even had a hard time getting our luggage down the stairs. "We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your apartment. Everything was there .The location was brilliant only a short walk to restaurants and the centre. The only downfall was the kitchen cupboards were very high although there was a step provided it was still difficult, especially for shorter people to get things out."

"Pedro is a fantastic host who is full of information about Coimbra and the rest of Portugal. The home is very comfortable and right across the river from old town Coimbra. Lovely outdoor space with a spectacular view. There is a nearby bus that takes you to the university for only 2 euros. Excellent restaurants within a very short distance. Highly recommend!"

"La casa es estupenda, tal como aparece en las fotos. El apartamento es amplio, nuevo y comodo, hay una terraza con vista al jardín grande para comer-cenar a la sombra. La piscina y jacuzi con agua calentita. Hemos tenido suerte y casi no hemos coincidido con los otros huespedes (hay otros dos apartametos mas pequeños). Los dueños viven al lado y son siempre diponibles. Todo un lujo. Aveiro esta a 15min con el coche y la playa de barra a 20min. Supermercados cerca. Muy comodo. Super aconsejable."

"Sao Martinho is a jewel of a town and this place is close walking distance to everything. When the sun’s out, you couldn’t ask for a better place. Great yard with parking. Since it rained quite a bit during our stay, it dampened our visit. Again, we went during the off-season. Scott is very attentive and accommodating. Will go back to this place."

"Reception staff were really helpful when we arrived early,eg let us park in car park and use toilet. The apartment had a lovely sea view and a comfy sofa. It was plenty large enough for two people but did need updating. The bed especially so as it was creaky and uncomfortable, spoiling our experience to a certain degree. The kitchen was very basic and had no preparation space without us moving the microwave out of the way, it was in need of a major upgrade."
