"Our group covered friends and family aged 21 - 80+. This beautiful property had everything we needed; gorgeous views, multiple eating areas, lovely pool, fruit trees, lovely bedrooms, table tennis area, BBQ and even a pizza oven. Plus Amica, the gorgeous and adorable owners dog. The photographs do not do it justice! We had a great two weeks, and wished it could have been longer The local area is great, The hosts were charm themselves and so helpful. Top quality holiday location . "

"Really nice Hotel. Highly reccomended if you are visiting Cefalu. The town is charging. My wife and i loved it. "We had a beautiful room with a corner balcony facing the sea. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows, a fridge and a safe. The bathroom was large and clean too. There was also lots of wardrobe space and hangers. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty, ranging from scrambled or boiled eggs, bacon, cereal, lots of different dried fruits and nuts and seeds, jam and honey, amazing, fresh croissants and an array of homemade cakes which were delicious! We loved the breakfast. Free parking was right next to the entrance to the hotel. The pool was clean and the staff at the bar next to the pool were friendly. In fact, all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. "

"We arrived here after a 9 day Trafalgar tour of Sicily. I can honestly say that this hotel was the best hotel of the six we stayed at during our trip! It is exceptional by Italian as well as American standards. Modern, clean & with a wonderful staff. "

"The villa was everything we could have wished for. It had a functional indoor space with everything you need and an excellent shower. The outdoor space was huge, with a big verandah and bbq area. The pool was a good size and when not exploring Palermo, Etna, the Aolean Islands or Capo D'orlando we were enjoying villa days, up to 12 hours in the pool. We picked nearby lemons to enjoy in iced water. Out of consideration we replaced anything we used, including foil, toilet roll, hand wash and pool inflatables. Antonio was helpful and answered any questions we had, he put in a big fan to help with the heat. The drive to it from the main road was tricky - take your time, but totally worth the draw-dropping views and seclusion. We took our two daughters aged 14 and 11 who loved it too. Capri Leone had everything we needed, supermarkets, post office, hardware store. Chimera pizza restaurant was delicious, large good-priced pizzas. Incredible memories, thank you. "

"This was a stunning property. We arrived to the property very late at night and it was nice that at 2 AM. Somebody was there waiting for us. Any helped us with all of our luggage in the sweltering heat. His name was Luca. The grounds are absolutely stunning and well kept, the staff here is extremely friendly. I enjoyed the walk down to the beach and snorkeling by the rocks. It is truly beautiful property not very far from Lou, which is also wonderful town. The only suggestion I would have is water shoes for those in the area wanting to visit the beach and also to pack light because it is difficult going through all of the steps in the property to get to your room. I truly have nothing bad to say about this property. I just wish that the store would’ve stayed open a little longer instead of closing for such a long period of time. I cannot wait to come back again"

"The villa is awesome! Plenty of space, great views, great facilities. The jewel in the crown is the pool and cabin area, but the outside kitchen (with pizza oven) is also amazing. My kids, who are the best arbiters in these matters, concluded 'this is the best villa we ever stayed at'! High praise indeed. Guiseppe and his family are fantastic hosts and the communication/support was perfect. We had a great holiday and I am already recommending this villa to friends and family."
