Initially we had quite a good experience as the owner was flexible with the check-in procedure and we were able to attend an event in time. Unfortunately the next morning we woke up later than planned and made it to the breakfast at 8am. As we did not inform him that we wanted the included breakfast in advance he was not prepared (which is ok) so we only asked for a coffee and cappuccino . He reacted very hostile...

"B&B on huge comital estate down very long gravel drive (or lane) and restaurant is nearby. Delicious home-grown produce, fresh eggs and home-made pasta were served. Restaurant not open Monday and Tuesday but we were given a lovely snack on Tuesday we arrived. And as we were leaving we saw a baby owl in tree!"
